Frequently asked questions

1. What is the usual lead time for delivery upon ordering?

Most areas in Singapore receive delivery in 1-3 business days between 10 am to 6 pm*.

2. What is our delivery schedule? 

To ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of your orders, please note that our cut-off time for next working day delivery is 2:00 pm*. This will allow us enough time to prepare and confirm the completeness of each order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

3. What are the delivery options?

A) Delivery: Get your order delivered island-wide in Singapore!

B) Self-collect:  It would be great if you prefer to pick it up at CT Foodware warehouse. Appointments are available from Monday to Friday between 11.30 am and 4 pm. To make an appointment or to learn more, please email sales@ctfoodware.com or message us on WhatsApp: 85488086.

4. What is the minimum for delivery?

Our minimum order quantity is 1 carton. Some products are available per sleeve for self-collection*. Our minimum order quantity for delivery is 2 cartons (delivery fee applies). Free delivery for orders of SGD$250 and above*.

5. What are your delivery costs?

We offer Free Delivery across Singapore for orders of S$250 or more.

Standard delivery rate:
S$10.00 for orders between S$200.00 - S$249.00.
S$25.00 for orders between S$$121.00 - S$199.00
S$35.00 for orders between S$50.00 - S$120.00

Delivery times depend on various factors and will be confirmed once we receive your order. We will confirm the delivery or collection times with you via email or WhatsApp. Delivery and collection are only available on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 11 am and 5 pm.
